Written requests in by noon Eastern, Monday to Saturday, are answered before sundown in Orlando

Request a spring trip quote before any room is reserved

To request a spring trip quote, the form opens with the list of dated departures: all 22 across six spring runs, grouped by run, plus a choice for travelers who have not decided yet. Next comes how each person wants to be on the water: a single kayak each, a tandem for two, only guided paddles where a run offers one, or whatever the outfitter has.

After that come the number of paddlers, from 1 to 6, and rooms, from 1 to 3. Then a name, an email, an optional phone number and a note. Sending it costs nothing, reserves nothing and asks for no payment.

First answer by sundown, the named inn after both reply

A written request that arrives by noon Eastern, Monday to Saturday, gets a first written answer before sundown in Orlando that same day. Later ones, and Sunday ones, hear back before sundown on the next day the office writes. The full quote naming the inn takes as long as the inn and the outfitter take to reply, which the office does not control.

  • The office asks the inn near the river and the outfitter whether those exact nights and a place on the water are free.
  • The first written answer reaches the traveler before sundown in Orlando.
  • Once both have answered, the office writes the plan and sends one written quote that names the inn and the outfitter, with the confirmed figure per person in place of the estimate from the list and the cancellation and refund terms the inn, the outfitter and the park each set.
  • The traveler says yes in writing. Only then does the office ask the inn and the outfitter to hold the nights and the launch.
  • The traveler pays the inn, the outfitter and the park directly, on their terms, and every paddler signs the outfitter's release before launching.

Who reads your chosen departure, name and note

The office reads the chosen departure, the water choice, paddlers, rooms, name, email, the optional phone and the note to write the quote and to ask the inn and the outfitter about those nights. The form asks for no card, no payment and no identity papers. Questions about personal details go to the separate privacy address, privacy-notes@foxrivertrail.org.

What one request holds

The figures on the list assume two travelers sharing a room and a car. A solo traveler in a room alone pays the whole room, so the rooms field changes the number the office writes back. Room taxes and the county tourist tax are added by the inn and sit outside every figure.
